Moosed Institute is the virtual university of ProjectMoosed. It exists for two reasons: education is a standing benefit of working here — a right of employment, never a perk to be earned — and it is how what one person knows becomes what the whole company can do: taught, versioned, assessed, and recorded.
There are no fees, no paid tiers, and no eligibility gates beyond employment. Courses are non-credit and non-degree, and completions issue certificates of completion recorded on your profile.
How it works
Enroll
Employees enroll self-service. Enrollment, course delivery, progress, and transcripts run through the Report Card portal and record against your employee profile.
Learn
Work the course material in order — lessons, video, job aids, word tracks, and floor drills. Rolling enrollment: start when you are ready, resume where you left off.
Test at the end
One test closes each course. Pass and you continue. Miss it and a trainer reviews every miss with you, maps it back to the lesson that teaches it, and schedules your retest on the spot.
It's on your record
Completions and certificates land on your profile and feed your standing and promotion history. Certificates carry a unique ID anyone can verify on this campus.
Employees: your way in is the Report Card portal. Sign in at internal.projectmoosed.com with your portal identity to register, enroll in open courses, and see your transcript. This campus is the front door — the catalog, the schools, and certificate verification live here; your enrollment and records live in the portal.

Moosed Sales Academy Founding school
The Institute's founding school. A-to-Z car-sales training for salespeople at any store — new or used inventory, prime or special finance, done right. Three courses: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.

New schools are founded the same way the Sales Academy was: a named school, a written curriculum, a named head, and an assessment standard on record before the first enrollment. A discipline with no faculty seated yet says so — gaps are never faked.
Governance
The Institute is a standing institution of ProjectMoosed, chartered 2026-10-13 and run to the company's department standard. The Dean is a Chairman appointment; the seat is currently awaiting appointment, and the founding build carries the institution's setup duties in the meantime. The Institute reports monthly to the Chairman on enrollments, completions, certifications, and curriculum gaps — measured on completions and outcomes, not activity.
