The Founding School

Moosed Sales Academy

A full A-to-Z training course for car sales, built for the people who actually do the job: salespeople on real floors — new or used inventory, prime or special-finance buyers, and selling that starts on the phone, in text, and online. Plain talk, floor-usable, every lesson built around a proven process and word tracks that work at any store.

Training staff of record: Victor Hale (Department Lead — Sales Training), Dana Reyes, and Adrian Vale (psychology of the sale).

How a course runs

Learn

Work the learn units in order, start to finish: narrated slide decks, short video lessons, photo job aids for the desk, the exact word tracks, practice checks, floor drills, and a field assignment on real work. Drills are practice — they are not pass/fail gates.

Test

One graded test, at the end of the course. Working pass mark: 80%, set by the Academy lead. No graded tests are sprinkled through the middle.

Pass → continue

Pass and you advance to the next course. The pass is recorded on your Academy record and your employee profile.

Fail → review + retest

A trainer reviews the failure with you item by item, each miss mapped back to the learn unit that teaches it. A follow-up review and a retest are scheduled on the spot, on set dates, on your record. A second failure brings your sales manager into the review.

The certification bar

The Academy's graduation standard stands exactly as chartered: pass / not-yet grading, two independent graders on certification assessments, and the bar is mandatory for sales seats before deployment. A certificate of completion never borrows the weight of a certification, and a certification is never diluted into a certificate.

Enrollment: Academy enrollment and learner records run through the Report Card portal. Sign in at internal.projectmoosed.com to enroll and track your progress, tests, reviews, and retests.
